That is not news, that is entertainment. No not even entertainment, it is spectacle. It is kind of sad to see that news has fallen to this caliber these days. Hold interviews with people who obviously lack a firm grip on reality, and inflate your ego by making a spectacle of them on national television. I can’t say I have ever watched this news show, but based on this piece, I can’t say I am motivated to watch much more.

Almost gone are the days of Edward Murrow and quality television journalism.

I saw this interview on Fox when it happened. What a bunch of friggin’ racists! I don’t care if Cynthia McKinney and her posse’ are schitzo, if they were Republicans we’d never hear the end of it. Look at how Daily KOS accussed the GOP of putting a Hitler mustache on Howard Dean for their video ad, when in fact it was just Dean’s 5 o’clock shadow! “Despicable Republicans!” Right, because Howard Dean can grow some shadow? The GOP cleaned up the photo, which I think was a mistake. They didn’t doctor any image, they put up the real deal.

The point is that the Democratic Party is infiltrated with racists and anti-semites, sexists and perverts but it’s justified or overlooked. I think we in the Right need to demonize the left a lot more than we do. They are as bad as the terrorists in their PR tactics and their hatred.

See, here is the problem, when a democrat does something like this, no one is even allowed to question it. McKinney does this, and the FIRST PERSON to ask her how she could be aligned with such a racist, hateful group will INSTANTLY become the racist, and we will all hear how “only white people can be racist”. Second, if a rebublican were to align with someone who was related 200 times removed by marriage to someone who knew someone who lived down the street from someone who did a lady’s hair whos husband was POSSIBLY a racist, they are INSTANTLY his best friend. Drinking beer, playing pool, beating up the under privileged, and so on. So, until people WISE UP and realize that NO MATTER WHAT democrats do they will play the race card, and no matter what republicans do they will be called racist, we will have these comments EVERYWHERE!

It is interesting that when a “leader” …self professed or otherwise equally unqaulified, is asked a straight forward question that challenges their position, this is a typical result. As far as McKinney goes, the voters have spoken.
