“Obsession” the Documentary is Finally Being Noticed (VIDEO)

Col. Bill Cowan and Gen. Tom McInerney were on H&C on Friday, and the subject of the segment was the newly-recognized movie “Obsesssion” by Honest Reporting. Apparently, although I missed it, Blair and Bush both mentioned this movie during Blair’s recent trip to Washington. I wrote about this past week, and this is a very scary movie, but it’s a must-see for everyone if we really want to get a good grip on the evil that we’re dealing with.

Sean rightly compares this indoctrination-type of cult as very similar to Nazi Germany. Col. Bill Cowan and Gen. Tom McInerney both agree wholeheartedly. Interesting to note that McInerney TWICE says he’s very pleased that both Blair and Bush spoke of this movie. Awareness is key.

As usual, Alan “Puffy” Colmes ponders whether or not we should engage in talks with Hezbollah and other terrorist organizations. When will the lunatic left understand that diplomacy doesn’t work with Jihadists. By very definition, diplomacy is derived from “diplomat,” which is this:

1) One, such as an ambassador, who has been appointed to represent a government in its relations with other governments; or
2) One who uses skill and tact in dealing with others.

Okay, given the above, can anybody name me one Islamofascist group who falls under either definition of a diplomat? Come one, people, name JUST ONE. Secondary argument, if you can’t name one, then why should Geneva Conventions even be muttered in the same BREATH with such cults?

It’s fantastic that people in positions of power are finally starting to take note of documentaries like this one, as well as others like Relentless, Saddam – Weapon of Mass Destruction, In the Face of Evil, Saddam’s Mass Graves, and more.

These are documentaries that we can afford to ignore no longer – we need to understand and see the face of evil for what it is. It is the pure destruction of all non-Muslims that the Islamofascists seek, and will never stop until they’ve achieved it. The time to arm yourselves with the knowledge of our enemy is NOW! Our very civilization depends on it.

Watch the H&C clip here.

The purpose of engaging in talks with terrorist organizations has advantages. Despite what is accomplished with any talks we could regain some of the diplomatic leverage we've squandered in the world. I know it's very easy to get worked up when we see how much other people hate us and I don't think we as should placate terrorists by any means. Chest thumping only emboldens them however. We drop bombs, they recruit more than we can kill. We can simultaneously undermine and weaken them through talks. Every avenue has to be explored before our troops are ordered into battle. We talk and negotiate with terrorists all the time. We spoke to Qaddafi, we considered Saddam an ally at one time. Rummi was the diplomat to the terrorist back then. Hezbollah does have a political arm which is encouraging. Similar to the IRA, talks with the political arm and very vocally dismissing the terrorist arm can lead to less violence. They will not be able to recruit as easily. We can help influence them to stop breeding jihadists. And I'm not saying we trust them either. The old adage, keep your enemies closer…As for Geneva, we made a commitment to not treat human beings a certain way, that we have violated that so openly and agressively has dealt a blow to our credibility. Some quick and cheap revenge is keeping us from prosecuting the ones we do have that we know were involved with 9/11. There was no reasont to torture anyone in Iraq, we went as liberators, and these actions have again emboldened not weakened those who mean to do us harm. This is a case where simply doing the opposite of Bush IS a valid solution.
