I’ll Get You and Your Little “Dog,” TOO!
Cynthia “Slugger” McKinney and her pretend bodyguard police officer *cough, cough,* are hopefully about to get their just due respectively. And, it’s about damn time! Just breaking on Channel 2 Action News (WSB TV in Atlanta) this evening, the Capitol Police Officer assaulted by Cynthia McKinney is SERIOUSLY contemplating charges against her! (come on, man.. .GROW some! Daddy McKinney can’t hurt YOU!) And the department is considering “impersonating” charges against her fake-ass bodyguard who was OBVIOUSLY (not allegedly) saying he was a police officer while threatening the WSB reporter that he would put his “ass in jail!”
Here’s the latest… hot off the local news:
WASHINGTON — The top police union official in the U.S. was in Washington today, urging the police officer who was involved in a run-in with Rep. Cynthia McKinney D-Ga. to take legal action against the congresswoman.
McKinney is accused of striking a Capitol Police officer, after the officer failed to recognize her and stopped her at a security checkpoint.
Channel 2 Action News learned exclusively that the president of the largest police union in the U.S. met with the unidentified officer this morning to talk over possible legal action.
“We’re going to make sure the officer won’t be harassed. We want the officer to be able talk to experts, who can look at his legal recourses, if he needed to,” says Chuck Canterbury, national president of the Fraternal Order of Police.
The F.O.P. has more than 320,000 members.
Union officials are also looking into the run-in between one of the congresswoman’s employees and Channel 2 Action News reporter Scott MacFarlane.
They’re looking into the background of the man who claimed on-camera to be a police officer.
The union says he should be prosecuted for impersonating a police officer.
Rep. McKinney’s office says the man is her driver, not a police officer.
“We rail against people who use police authority when they don’t have it,†says Canterbury.
“It’s dangerous for police officers. It’s dangerous for the public. Imitating police is not a good thing,†he added.
Rep. McKinney’s case remains in the hands of the U.S. attorney in Washington.
A grand jury is hearing testimony.
It’s high time that “Crazy” McKinney got her just due. It’s been a long time a-comin’.

Hilarious! I needed that! Especially the “separated at birth” photo! Who advised her that it was a good hairdo?
I feel badly for Ted Kennedy that he's so fat. When I hear his rhetoric I am more repulsed than I am by seeing him almost naked. Poor guy. He's gonna have some 'splainin' to do on judgement day.
Thanks to Mckinney's ridiculous, self-instigated news conferences, the whole world now knows just how stupid and inept one can be and still be elected to Congress. Who but McKinney can be blamed for all the publicity regarding her crime — excuse me, unfortunate incident — but McKinney and whatever black supporters she could scrounge up for the freak show. Her attorney obviously believes as she does that if you say something enough times it becomes truth. What does he mean she wasn't the one who kept the situation going? Did you see anyone else holding press conference after press conference? McKinney's stab at being a poor black martyr is only a thin veneer over HER racist, bigoted, egotistical core. By the way, what did she hope to prove by bringing a “personal body guard” to the Hill? The only ones in need of protection are Capitol police attacked by McKinney. Or was he just her driver? Who knows whether it was McKinney or the bodyguard/driver who was lying? By the way, Miss 'Inappropriately touched by the police officer', was that your employee I saw inappropriately shoving and threatening a reporter? Oh, that's right, if we do not allow you to do just as you wish, we must be racially profiling you. You both should be brought up on assault charges. I, for one, will be watching and cheering if you are. You are a disgrace not only to your race, but to elected officials, peacekeepers, and intelligent Democrats.
