We Can Afford to Be a Silent Majority No More – Unintended Consequences

I am at a loss for spoken word today, while I am screaming on the inside. What in the hell has happened to the Republicans we voted for? We have never been a party of Kool-Aid drinkers like those on the Left, so this particular point in time makes that argument, even in the future, a moot point.

What we’re seeing these past few days can be described as nothing short of immigration pornography, and an infestation – only these cockroaches are swarming in the broad daylight.

Folks, I don’t know about you, but I’m experiencing all sorts of emotions right now – extreme anger, fear, despair, sadness, resolve, frustration, motivation, hurt, deceit – all rolled up into one. I wrote one of my Senators a fax today (via NumbersUSA), but I made the text my own.

Please do whatever you can to oppose S. 1033, a bill by Sens. McCain and Kennedy that would result in 25 million more foreign workers and dependents over the next decade.

(PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ THIS TEXT – IT’S NOT A FORM LETTER – I WROTE THIS FROM MY HEART!)

Have the Republicans lost their collective minds? I know that we are not the Kool-aid drinkers of the left who swallow everything their party leaders tell them, but DAMNIT, we voted you guys in for a reason!

I do not know whether or not you support legalizing illegals that are already here. But PLEASE do what you have to do to talk to your fellow Republicans into coming to their senses!!!!

Do the Republicans not realize what unintended consequences we could face because of the wavering and flip-flopping of our party? WE MUST STOP the flow of illegal immigrants, and we must NOT grant amnesty to those who are here!

Senator, is it worth appeasing 11,000,000 illegals and their supporters just to win votes, yet stray from every ideal that our party holds dear? I thought we were the party of national security, but if you guys don’t get it together, we’re all doomed. You can’t appease the illegals because of their voter support at the peril and risk of the rest of this wonderful nation.

Osama bin Laden, Ayman al Zawari, and Abu Musab al Zarqawi have watched everything else that has gone on in this nation regarding politics. Do you not think for one minute that they’re watching this, too? We’re being tested, and if we give in to the demands of hundreds of thousands of people just because they protest en masse and demand their rights, yet have already broken laws just to be here, what kind of message do you think that sends our enemies in the Middle East and across the world? That we’re easy, appeasing pushovers? Remember what happened in Spain? Please don’t let this happen to us.

We voted for you, and the beliefs you all said you held – will you desert us now, and leave us no one to believe in? God forbid the Democrats win back either the House or the Senate, but what other choice do we have if the Republicans can’t re-focus on what the people want versus what illegal immigrants and their proponents want? We struggled long and hard for this nation of ours, we’ve fought many wars, and we’ve just gone through too much to let it all go by letting this infestation continue across our sothern border.

If 100 illegal Mexicans can sneak in with drugs, what’s to stop an Al Qaeda operative from coming over, undetected, with a few viles of bio-terror weapons? I fear for this country, and beg of you to do what you can. This nation’s very existence is at risk

The Republican Party of Ronald Reagan would never have let this happen. Grow some, will you? And do whatever it takes to protect this country – to hell with polls, the mainstream media, and the lunatics on the left. Forget about all of that, and remember who put you in power – we, the American people.

KUDOS to Michelle Malkin, who is on this like we all should be! When I saw the pictures she had of the American Flag flying upside down under the putrid rag of the Mexicans, I both cried and pounded my fists into my desk. What the fuck is going on in this country?

What happened to the Republicans we elected? I am confused! I thought they cared about our security. They were so angry about the Dubai Ports World deal, but now they’re afraid of offending scum who are already in our country illegally? Don’t they realize that the enemies of this country are watching this with both glee and hope? They’re just watching and waiting to see how weak we have become!

And now the Democrooks are coming out saying they have a “better plan,” and they’re going to catch UBL? I’m so sick of seeing that bitch Pelosi and that ass-hat Reid that I could literally vomit every time I see them on TV. Even though I know they don’t give a damn about our national security, and that they’re only thinking about the welfare vote they can get from the illegals, it still TRULY HURTS MY HEART to see them taking front and center on this issue, while the majority of the Republican party sit on their thumbs, appearing to be scared about what to do.

FIfty+ million of us voted for Bush in 2004 – so why do they seem to fear insulting 11M illegal criminals? Fuck the polls, fuck public opinion about us not being “open-armed;” PROTECT THIS COUNTRY, GODDMANIT! WE’VE GONE THROUGH TOO MUCH TO THROW IT AWAY NOW – GOD, I WISH RONALD REAGAN COULD BE RESURRECTED RIGHT NOW – WE NEED HIM!. I keep asking myself, “WWRD?” but I know what he would have done – he would have put Vicente Fox in his place a long time ago. ALL of our Veterans deserve more respect than this!

I’m so frustrated and I feel so powerless, and I don’t know what to do because it’s as if nobody is listening to us.

And this bullshit about “the Mexicans will do jobs that Americans won’t do” is just that…bullshit. Before the Mexicans flooded our borders illegally, SOMEBODY was doing those jobs! So what, then, is now your response?

What an insult to have all of these lunatic criminals marching in our streets, regarless of who was instructing them where to go, what to say, what to carry, and how to act. The fact is, it was allowed to happen. I saw all these people with bandanas that said “BROWN PRIDE” on them, signs that say “This is our continent,” and organizations like Aztlan, who say this land is theirs, and they’ll take it back by any means necessary (I URGE EVERY AMERICAN TO READ EVERY ARTICLE ON THIS SITE.)

Here’s what “La Aztlan’s” website says. The article is titled, “Aztlan Arising: 700,000+ March in Los Angeles, “La Gran Marcha” surpasses all expectations” by Ernesto Cienfuegos, La Voz de Aztlan (the voice of Aztlan).

If the racist “Sensenbrenner Legislation” passes the US Senate, there is no doubt that a massive civil disobedience movement will emerge. Eventually labor union power can merge with the immigrant civil rights and “Immigrant Sanctuary” movements to enable us to either form a new political party or to do heavy duty reforming of the existing Democratic Party. The next and final steps would follow and that is to elect our own governors of all the states within Aztlan.

The great success of “La Gran Marcha” also means that the time has come to organize and politicize our great number of youths that are just festering in many of our school districts. The walkouts in Los Angeles of thousands of Mexican and Latino students from Huntington Park, South Gate, Southeast, Jordan, Montebello, Garfield and Roosevelt High Schools on Friday, one day before “La Gran Marcha”, only shows that they are now ready to be mobilized and advised on how they can improve their educations.

Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villagairosa, a Los Angeles Unified School District victim himself before he turned his life around, is already undertaking a bold moved to wrestle control of the district from a Jewish dominated school board and a White superintendent that are just fleecing the schools of much needed funds. School board Jews like Julie Korenstein, Marlene Canter, David Tokofsky, Jon Lauritzen and Mike Lansing are just enriching themselves and their cronies through crooked deals involving school construction projects, and contracts with so called consultants and vendors.

The LAUSD is the second largest in the nation, next to New York, with a multi-billion dollar annual budget. It has an overwhelming Mexican and Latino student population. Jews have their own private schools so why are 5 Jews out of 7 school board members interested in governing the school district? The answer is all too obvious. La Voz de Aztlan has interviewed LAUSD teachers that complained that they have to buy, with their own money, pencils, paper and other school supplies that the district should provide. Something has to be done and Mayor Villaraigosa is on the right track.

Human Events Online has a piece with politicians’ names and email addresses, and it’s grouped by who does or does not support illegalization of illegal immigrants.

I am sick to death of all the illegals coming in to our country, DEMANDING we accept them with THEIR societal values, and showing their asses if they don’t get their way, yet nothing much happens to them! Does anybody remember what happened in Denmark with the cartoons, the London bombings, etc.? All that happened because the European countries didn’t assimilate the foreigners into their society – we USED to do that! What happened? If we don’t start forcing that to happen, this country will fall, and we will all pay the price.

In the following posts, I’ll be featuring letters from my readers – those they’ve written to their political officials, and those who are just venting to friends.

President Bush and the rest of the fence-riding Republicans….are you listening? You’d better be, because UBL & Zarqawi are – so is Cindy’s boyfriend, Hugo Chavez. If you don’t pay attention and act, you can better believe they certainly will.

We must have a wall, and have the National Guard on all of our borders. Now. And, let’s call them what they are – they are ILLEGAL MEXICANS. Am I being insensitive? Who gives a damn – the time for playing nice is over.

By the way… this hits too close to home for me. I spent many a day and night looking for cop-killer Bautista Ramirez, who shot Detective Hugo Arango of the Doraville, GA Police Department. Ramirez was an illegal alien, and we believe he fled back to Mexico for a while, but eventually returned and was captured. Not only did he shoot Det. Arango once in the leg, when Arango went down, Ramirez put his pistol in the center of Arango’s badge and shot through it. Then he fired one final shot, execution-style, to the head. Although he was charged with Capital Murder, this puke is eligible for parole in 29 years, and myself and 500 other officers in GA and surrounding states looked for this bastard tirelessly.

We have seen, especially us cops, the warning signs for a long time but unfortunately they have been mostly ignored. We can’t afford to do that anymore. What would Reagan do?

Since I’m guessing your ancestors weren’t Native Americans, couldn’t we all conclude that there might be a cockroach or two in your family tree? The Republicans you elected are doing exactly what they always do. Think back on all the legislation this Republican-led Congress has passed. How much of it benefited big business and special interest groups and how much of it benefited the people who elected them (the 98% of the population that isn’t wealthy?) Hasn’t it sunk in yet that your elected representatives are a lot more interested in doing what the lobbyists want than they are in doing what their constituents want? You should have realized that when they gave all those tax breaks to the wealthiest 2% of Americans, or when they passed a transportation bill that gave huge tax breaks to the oil companies, or when they added the language to the Medicare prescription drug plan that prohibits negotiating with the pharmaceutical companies for lower drug prices. At the very least you should have gotten a clue when you had to pay $4.00 for a gallon of gas after Katrina. C’mon, Ms. Underestimated, Big Business (and a lot of Little Businesses too) want the next best thing to slave labor and that’s just what they’re getting with illegal Mexican immigrants. Your elected representatives have looked the other way while George Bush has done everything he can think of to make them irrelevant.     Craig, people that are protesting now, unlike those that stood against the earlier waves of immigrants, are simply stating that the laws should be enforced, not that immigration should cease, which was the call when the Irish, Italians and other groups came to America.

    If people are feeling threatened by these hordes of criminal aliens, (and we are, do not doubt) it is because these people are violent.

    It is not safe to attend a protest. These protests often turn violent, and groups like La Raza and teh Brown Berets advocate violence against “gringos” and march in favor of forcefully “taking back their continent”, which is funny since mexico didn't exist until the spanish were tossed out and “mexicans” are a mix of native and spanish blood anyway.

These protests have gotten out of hand, why would someone come here and disrespect our flag and fly it updside down with the Mexican flag hovering above it? If you hate the US, why are you here? Most Americans want immigrants to follow the laws, come here the right way, legally. It's not hard to do, millions of other immigrants have done it. So…if you are here illegally, do it the proper way and stop protesting and demanding someone give you freebies for being here!

    It's a waste of time, but arguably a duty to challenge her lies and hate as so many have done. She will suffer for her flaws, I'm sure, sadly for her.

    Kender, the violence argument is weak. These protests have been surprisingly peaceful.

    Some violence is likely when there are passionate groups in conflict – from both sides.

    As for the issue of California being stolen land, well, it is; you can go back as far as you like to the native populations, but the bottom line is that in the modern era, the US violated Mexico's borders to provoke a war in order to seize its land.

These protests have gotten out of hand, why would someone come here and disrespect our flag and fly it updside down with the Mexican flag hovering above it? If you hate the US, why are you here? Most Americans want immigrants to follow the laws, come here the right way, legally. It’s not hard to do, millions of other immigrants have done it. So…if you are here illegally, do it the proper way and stop protesting and demanding someone give you freebies for being here!

    The Senate shouldn’t reward illegal behavior and give people who are here amnesty…we want people who are here who love this country and will not tout Mexico’s sovereignty over America’s. Come here the right way instead of illegally!!

    Clearly the poster here is simply uninterested in the truth, in taking any responsibility for her own morality.

    It’s a waste of time, but arguably a duty to challenge her lies and hate as so many have done. She will suffer for her flaws, I’m sure, sadly for her.

    Kender, the violence argument is weak. These protests have been surprisingly peaceful.

    Some violence is likely when there are passionate groups in conflict – from both sides.

    As for the issue of California being stolen land, well, it is; you can go back as far as you like to the native populations, but the bottom line is that in the modern era, the US violated Mexico’s borders to provoke a war in order to seize its land.

    To my Government officials

    I am not certain that You understand who works for whom. I am certain that your generous salary will allow you to purchase a copy of the Constitution of the United States of America, better yet, IF you do not have one, write your congress person, and ask for a pocket copy, in there you will find what I am about to put to paper.

    The President of this country has taken a sworn oath, twice, to “preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.” In that Copy of the Constitution, which many of you are not reading, You can look at…Article IV, Section 4 it states, “The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against invasion.”

    Dear Congress, You are to be our voices, You are to be our servants, NOT the other way around, You also took an oath, to that very Constitution, You are not only not living up to that oath, You are openly denigrating this great document, and by doing so, You denigrate the country, and you denigrate it's CITIZENS, the people You WORK FOR !

    We, as a people, defined by borders, language, and like minded goals, have been invaded, we have an open border with Mexico, and Canada, The issue at hand is Mexico, and the very people let out of the Mexican prisons, to come here and rape, attack, and pillage United States Citizens. In the 2000 census it shows that 29% of all people held in prison are illegal invaders. I ask you this, why are we, as tax paying citizens paying for 3 hots and a cot for these invaders, as oppose to paying for a bus ticket back over the border to their beloved Mexico? Why, in fact, are You, as our representation Not upholding the very oath of office you took?

    This week, I saw in the streets, over a period of 2 days, upwards of a million ILLEGAL INVADERS. What I did not see, was my government protecting my border.
    I live in Massachusetts, I know that again according to the year 2000 census that 25% of all hospital emergency room visits were accorded to ILLEGAL INVADERS.
    I know that this is the same in many other states, with a varying degree of percentage points. I know that given those numbers, and given time, and given what You so politely call GUEST WORKERS, this country is doomed to fail as a republic of and for it's CITIZENS!

    I urge you as my congress and my president, to stop the influx of ILLEGAL INVADERS, also send back the people here with out the proper papers, that is not only right IT IS YOUR DUTY TO THE CONSTITUTION! I would ask you to stop spending my tax dollars on ILLEGAL INVADERS medical, and their food, once that is cut off, they will go back home. If You fail to do this, I see a North America that has a spread of disease, and Felonies, I see a nation that will be brought to 3rd world status, by your actions.

    I also urge you to do one more very important act. I would urge you to amend the Constitution, so to stop what are commonly referred to as “Anchor Babies' I am certain you have the gray matter to know what that is. The country to our north is a socialist nation, and even they have stopped naturalizing and granting citizenship to people who sneak across, or into their country to have a baby, and have that baby an automatic CITIZEN!

    These things I ask, are not hard to do, what they require is for you to stop listening to your lobbyist, and begin listening to the United States citizens who put you all in office to uphold that Constitution, that so many bled and died for.

    Sadly, too many high school students don’t know the difference between legal and illegal immigration. But it’s not surprising, because their teachers and the news media call illegal aliens ‘immigrants’ and ‘undocumented workers’. Legal immigration means Americans are making conscious choices about who they admit for citizenship, illegal immigration is simply an invasion.

    The students who are walking out of school and protesting today should really be asking themselves why their cities and states encourage illegal immigration by offering benefits to illegal aliens. That’s a slap in the face to every legal immigrant who waited in line for their chance to come to America.

    My name is Michael Class. I live in the Seattle area with my wife and two children. I am a retired “dot-com” executive who just couldn't sit by and let the mis-education of our youth go unchallenged anymore.

    I wrote, photographed, and published a book designed to set the record straight, to properly prepare our children for the future. My book is called Anthony and the Magic Picture Frame.

    In the book, my real-life son, twelve-year-old Anthony, time-travels to 1907 and meets his immigrant great-grandfather at Ellis Island. Anthony listens as officials question the new arrivals and document their intentions in the United States. Anthony witnesses the personal impact of immigration policy: He sees some people turned away at America’s door, causing families to split up.

    It's a harsh lesson: The purpose of immigration policy is to discriminate, to make choices about the people we want to admit to the United States.

    Even when admitted to the United States, Anthony learns that life in the new land is anything but certain. Anthony’s great-grandfather masters the language of America – English – and works his way through school, only to end up in the trenches of World War I, and then back in America during the Great Depression. Eventually, he starts a business, rises from poverty, and raises a family.

    To tell the story of America's earlier immigration experience, I used advanced digital photography to insert Anthony into historical photographs. And I didn’t stop with family history: Anthony meets famous American heroes and witnesses pivotal events of the 20th century. Anthony is pictured in the cockpit of the Spirit of St. Louis with Charles Lindbergh, on the moon with Neil Armstrong, in the laboratories of Thomas Edison and Jonas Salk, and on Normandy beach on D-Day (see photos at: www.MagicPictureFrame.com). Throughout the book, historical accuracy rules: Even Anthony’s conversations with America’s heroes are based on things they really said.

    While writing and photographing the book, I spoke with relatives of famous scientists and inventors, Holocaust survivors, award-winning biographers, and others who could help me ensure that the facts of the book were both accurate and vivid. The book includes more than 500 footnotes.

    But the book goes beyond a simple recitation of historical facts: the book presents the moral lessons of American history. The chapter about Lindbergh’s flight is really about choosing one’s destiny. The story of Lou Gehrig is one of a virtuous life. The chapter about Thomas Edison is really about business. The story of Apollo 11 is about wonder, taking risks, and courage. The story of Dr. Jonas Salk and the cure for polio is really about dedicating one’s life to a higher purpose. Anthony’s observation of D-Day and the liberation of the death camps during the Holocaust is a testament to the reality of evil and the need to fight it.

    Back to the immigration issue:

    When Anthony meets his immigrant great-grandfather at Ellis Island, it’s really a story about what it means to be an American. Anthony’s great-grandfather says: “I became an American because I believe in America, and it’s my belief in America that makes me an American.” Anthony comes to realize the simple truth of the statement, and remarks: “America is an idea as much as it is a place. I am no different than my great-grandfather and all the immigrants who came to this land: I can only be an American by choice.”

    It's not an easy book. The book challenges the reader to see the modern world in the light of the lessons of the past.

    We can't afford to raise a generation of Americans who do not value their country, their heritage, and their place in the world. As Abraham Lincoln said: America is the “last best hope of earth.”
